- Business Partnering: Support the HR Director for Central Functions in implementing HR practices that directly fuel business growth.
- HR Intelligence: Scout and synthesize timely information across all HR pillars (Org Development, Feedback, Employee Relations) to keep the department ahead of the curve.
- Process Excellence: Help drive the seamless execution of core HR cycles, including performance reviews, compensation campaigns, internal mobility, and exit interviews.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and interpret employee data (attrition, compensation, job grading) to provide proactive solutions and guide strategic decision-making.
- Project Management: Act as a "right-hand" to the HRD, creating frameworks and roadmaps to deliver key transformation projects.
About you
- You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related) and looking for a full-time 6-month internship or an apprenticeship of 12 months starting from January 2026.
- Having a first experience in HR or Project Management (internship or university project) is a big plus!
- You are proactive, agile, and responsible, with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
- We are looking for someone eager to learn and ready to support long-term HR transformation initiatives and core cycles.
- You have a good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and an analytical mindset to transform raw data into HR insights.
- You are fully fluent in English and French to communicate effectively with our international stakeholders and local teams.
