The Opportunity

We are offering a 12-month Digital Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship, starting in 2026 (flexible start date). This unique alternance programme enables you to kick-start your career in France while pursuing further education, including a fully funded Master's degree - and gaining valuable professional experience.

What's an Apprenticeship (Alternance)?

An apprenticeship in France allows you to combine work and study, developing your skills while earning a salary.

In this role, you will divide your time between:

- Teaching English to children and/or providing childcare (40%)
- Working in a digital marketing/business role (40%)
- Studying towards a Master's degree at one of our partner schools (20%)

The Apprenticeship Programme

As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in growing our digital presence. The role blends three main components:

1. Working with Children

You'll spend around 14 hours per week working with children (childcare, English teaching, or both). You'll gain firsthand insight into what it means to be an English Sister:

- Building strong, trusting relationships with families
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment
- Designing engaging, playful English-learning sessions
- Using creativity and initiative in your daily work

2. Supporting the Business (Digital Marketing)

You'll also spend around 14 hours per week contributing to our marketing strategy and overall operations. Your work will include:

- SEO and website optimisation
- Content creation and copywriting
- Social media support
- Helping shape our communication approach

3. Studying Towards Your Master's Degree

One day per week is dedicated to your Master's coursework (online learning through our partner universities). You'll:

- Attend classes and complete assignments
- Apply theory directly to your daily marketing tasks
- Receive support from tutors
- Complete exams and a final project
