In this dynamic, fast-growing context, the Prevention team is expanding and is recruiting a Prevention Project Officer (apprenticeship) to support its strategic projects.
Your roleReporting to the Prevention team, you will support key projects with a strong focus on project management, cross-functional coordination, and creation of marketing and sales content, in an international environment.
Main responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization of a major international event dedicated to mental health
• Support the global rollout of prevention services, liaising with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, local teams, etc.)
• Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales materials (presentations, sales enablement documents, communication assets)
• Support the team with project management: timeline tracking, coordination, reporting
• Provide ad hoc support to business development activities, notably for responses to tenders/RFPs
