We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Operational Resilience & Crisis Management team. The intern will support the team in strengthening the organization's ability toanticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptions and crisis events.

The internship will provide exposure to key resilience domains including Business Continuity Management (BCM), crisis management, operational resilience, and testing programs.

1. Support Crisis Management and Exercise Programs

• Assistin the preparation and organization of crisis simulation exercises(natural disaster,cyber attacke.g..)

• Support the development of exercise scenarios and inject

• Participate in the documentation ofICT and Recoveryexercise results and lessons learned

• Contribute to the continuous improvement processes

2. Contribute to Operational Resilience Activities

• Assistin thereview and update of business continuity plans

• Support coordination with business teams to ensureBCM documentation is complete and up to date

• Contribute to theplanning and tracking of BCM testing activities

• Assistwith mapping critical services and dependencies

• Help review and update resilience documentation and procedures

• Participate in the analysis of risk and disruption scenarios

3. Documentation and Reporting

• Helpmaintainresiliencedocumentation,procedures, and internal guidelines

• Supportpreparationof internal reports,presentations, anddashboards

• Contributeto thetrackingofaction plansandimprovementinitiatives

• Other missions could be conducted by the trainee depending on the external situation

Skillsrequired

• Advanced knowledge of Excel,Wordand PowerPoint

• Ability toanalyse,summariseand present information

• Ability toorganiseand execute work efficiently

• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
