Within the Commercial Excellence, Sales and Marketing team composed of 12 people and reporting to the VP Global Key Accounts, your main tasks will be to:
Manage specific projects and support our worldwide network of Key Account Managers (KAM) in the development of strong relationships with their Key Accounts.
More specifically, the projects will consist in supporting the VP in structuring the global approach
Deploying the strategic KA plans methodology
Ensuring a proper data management (CRM and specific dashboards), supporting the regional sales teams to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account progress/follow-up in the systems
Prepare the periodic Business Reviews - Dashboards/KPIs/Action plans
Lead or support the teams in animating local, regional and global KA sales actions - direct responsibility of some actions is to be expected
Collaborate with internal teams (WaterTech Business Lines as well as other BUs of the Veolia Group) to ensure seamless delivery of our offerings, in full alignment with Global Key Accounts, Market and Growth initiative strategies
Organize events or participate to exhibitions/trade shows for specific markets (MicroE, F&B, and Pharma, for instance)
Additional responsibilities will be proposed based on the capabilities of the Alternate
Location: WaterTech HQ in Saint-Maurice, France.
Travels abroad will be scheduled based on opportunities and accounts requirements.
